How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via our online payment service Paypal. Paypal is a free and secure payment method and you can refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions. For larger orders, or for anyone unable to use Paypal, we can also accept bank to bank transfers, please email us for details.
How much is postage and handling?
To simplify shipping, we have a flat rate: €6 for anywhere in Europe and €10 for everywhere else. This stays the same no matter how big your order is :) Our packages are always registered with a tracking number which we send to our customers by email. So you can easily track the parcel online as it moves its way around the world and to your mailbox. We can insure packages too, though this depends on the German postal system arrangement with your country.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
We post purchases as soon as possible after payment is confirmed, but please keep in mind that many items are made to order and for this we sometime require more than a week. Typically an order is posted between 3 days and 2 weeks after purchase, and received between 1 day and 1 week after that, depending on where you live. We always notify our customers by email with a tracking number when an order is sent. If you do need your purchase urgently, please let us know so we can prioritize it.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Its easy to care for your jewellery by keeping it in its box or pouch when not in use, and keep away from dust, moisture and hairspary. More instructions for cleaning and care are detailed here.
Repairs and returns?
Kyoko Hashimoto Studio is a business registered in Sydney, Australia, but currently operating from Berlin, Germany, so we comply with all Australian and German laws regarding the sale of goods and merchandise. We strive for perfection in design, craftmanship, and customer service. Our designs are built to last, but if you do have a problem, please get in touch so we can help.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes. We require your contact and shipping details of course, but because we use Paypal, your payment information is held securely by them. To further protect our customers privacy, we do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances. On occasion (rarely) we may send an email with news about Kyoko, from which you can always opt out.
